Ingredients for Beoccoli and Soy Rice
- › 50 g Rice
- › 35 g Soya Granules
- › 10 g ghee
- › 150 g Broccoli
- › 100 ml milk
- › Whole spices
- › Garam masala
- › Spices
- › Salt
- › Ginger Garlic paste
1. Chop Broccoli , Onion , Ginger , Garlic.
2. In a bowl mix rice , milk and water. Microwave it for 10 mins.
3. Soak granules for 10 mins.
4. In a heated pan , add ginger garlic paste, chopped vegetables and mix it well.
5. Cook until it’s done , add spices , salt.
6. Now add the cooked rice and mix it well.
7. Serve Hot.
