Ingredients for Bell pepper monster
- › Bell pepper
- › 2 egg yolk one egg white
- › Broccali
- › Beans
- › Spinach leaves
Method
1. Cut bell pepper in three or four equal sizes like in picture.
2. Now use them as mold and add egg yolk n egg white in it while cooking
3. Add veggies of your choice
4. It may look like a simple omelet but it tastes awesome
