- Soya milk powder - 10gm
- Oats - 25gm
- Chia seeds - 3gm
- Almonds- 7gm
- Nutmeg powder - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 cup or 150ml
- Zero calorie sweetener- as per the taste
Mix oats, soya powder and nutmeg powder together and add water little by little to avoid getting lumps.
Add grated beetroot and sweetener and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Top with chia seeds and almonds! Enjoy
