Ingredients for Beetroot suji cheela
- › Suji/semolina : 35gms
- › Beetroot puree: 20-gms(boil it first to soft and then blend it to puree)
- › Oil: As per macros
- › Green chillies optional
- › Yoghurt 1tsp
- › Baking soda:pinch
- › Salt as per taste
Method
1. STEPS: 1. Make beetroot puree and pour into bowl 2. Add suji, yoghurt,salt, baking soda and mix well without lumps 3. Keep it aside for 10-20 mins 4. After 20 mins heat pan 5. Mix the mixture well 6. Grease oil to pan 7. Once pan is heated well on high flame 8. Pour batter and make your cheelas 9. Alternatively flip sides 10. Enjoy your cheela with yoghurt or chutney of your choice
