Beetroot raita woth bread slice !!
- Ghee 10gm Beetroot 100gm Bread 55gm curd 100gm
- 1/4 mustard seed salt as per taste kadi patta Green chilli (optional)
Start with grating Beetroot.Mix it with curd. To prepare Ghee tadka for curd: Take a pan and put 5gm of ghee. Put cumin seed and kadi patta and saute for 1 minute. you can also add green chilli if you like. Add salt according to your taste. Put this tadka in beetroot and curd mix. Your beetroot yogurt is ready. For roasting bread , Use 5gm of ghee on bread and roast it in a pan.
