How to make Beetroot Protein Shake
Step-1
Grate the beet root and apple finely, add to mixer jar with 50ml water, grind it well and strain the juice.(you can alternatively get the juice from juicer too)
Step-2
Now add whey protein to the strained juice , shake it well by adding desired volume of water or ice.
Step-3
Add lime juice and your beetroot flavoured protein is ready.
