Ingredients for beetroot curd rice
- › Boiled rice -100 g
- › Curd -50 g
- › Beetroot-one -100 g ( boiled and grated)
- › Salt
- › Ghee -3 g
- › For tempering - curry leaves, mustard seeds,cumin seeds, chilli green,asafoe
- › Roasted peanuts ( optional)
Method
1. Mix curd , boiled rice and salt
2. Add salt to grated boiled beetroot , add roasted peanuts (coarse grind if you like )(optional)
3. Heat ghee and add cumin seeds, green chilli ,curry leaves,mustard seeds and other tempering as per your choice
4. Pour it on curd and rice mixture , add beetroot mixture Refrigerate and enjoy
