- › Beetroot 100 gm
- › Curd 100 gm
- › Salt to taste
1. Boil beet root for 30 minutes on medium heat
2. Peel and Grate beetroot in bowl
3. Measure Curd 100 gm and in that goes grated beetroot with pinch of salt
