How to make Beetroot Curd Raita

Step-1

Boil beet root for 30 minutes on medium heat

Step-2

Peel and Grate beetroot in bowl

Step-3

Measure Curd 100 gm and in that goes grated beetroot with pinch of salt

Step-4

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy tasty beetroot Curd raita.
