Ingredients for Beetroot Cake
- › 150gms Beetroot
- › 50gms Onion
- › 50gms Tomato
- › 50gms Capsicum
- › 1tsp of salt & black pepper
- › 1tbsp of wheat flour
- › 3 eggs
- › 10gms Butter
1. Add finely chopped beetroot, onion, tomato & capsicum in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, wheat flour & egg to it.
2. Mix everything well. Grease the skillet well with the butter.
3. Spread the above mixture evenly on the skillet & cook its both side properly.
