How to make Beet root Halwa
Step-1
1- Grate beet root
Step-2
2- Sauté all measured nuts in ghee and keep aside
Step-3
3- Add ghee in kadhayi and once it’s hot add grated beet root
Step-4
4- Sauté well for 3-4 min and add 100 ml of Skimmed Milk and let it boil
Step-5
5- Stir for a min and then put the flame low and cover
Step-6
6- Let it cook for 10 min and then add sugar, raisins and elaichi pwd accordingly
Step-7
7- Mix well and cook it till you get it dry on high flame
Step-8
8- Its ready, garnish with fried nuts (cashew & almonds)
