Ingredients for Beet Bulgar
- › Butter 5g
- › 50g Dalia
- › Chopped onion
- › Chopped red capsicum
- › Paneer
- › Beetroot
1. 5gms butter in the pan.
2. Once melted, add half a green chilli, small chopped onion, 2 slices of capsicum ,1 tablespoon crushed paneer. Let it cook for 3-4min.
3. Add Dalia. Sprinkle pepper for taste.
4. Pour water and let it cook for 5mins.
5. Serve in a quarter plate with sliced beetroot.
