How to make Beet Bulgar
5gms butter in the pan.
Once melted, add half a green chilli, small chopped onion, 2 slices of capsicum ,1 tablespoon crushed paneer. Let it cook for 3-4min.
Add Dalia. Sprinkle pepper for taste.
Pour water and let it cook for 5mins.
Serve in a quarter plate with sliced beetroot.
