Ingredients for Beet & Mango Protein Shake
- › 1 scoop mango flavour whey protein
- › 50 gms peeled beetroot
- › 10 gms walnuts
- › 200-300 ml of water
Method
1. Take a peeled beetroot and cut it into quarters.
2. Put beetroot, walnuts and mango flavour whey into a blender jar. And blend them by adding 200-300 ml cold water until smooth.
