Beet & Mango Protein Shake
- 1 scoop mango flavour whey protein
- 50 gms peeled beetroot
- 10 gms walnuts
- 200-300 ml of water
Take a peeled beetroot and cut it into quarters.
Put beetroot, walnuts and mango flavour whey into a blender jar. And blend them by adding 200-300 ml cold water until smooth.
