bbq paneer skewer with roasted Asparagus
- Yogurt (Fage 2%)
- Masala (Chat Masala, Red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, seasoning per your choice)
1. Take a bowl and add Greek yogurt (I used Fage with 20gm protein in 200gm yogurt) you can use dahi too. 2. Add sliced tomato, onion petals 3. Slice your paneer in cubes and add paneer to it. 4. Add masalas of your choice. 5. Mix it well and let it sit for 2 hours. After 2 hours, preheat your oven to 392 Fahrenheit (180 degree Celsius) Take skewers and place your paneer cubes, onion and tomatoes alternatively. Bake the skewers in a baking tray for 20 mins. Asparagus seasoning - salt and pepper only. Throw asparagus is the baking tray along with paneer skewers. Broil the skewers for 2 mins if you need the brownish color on the paneer. Ka-Ching ! You made yourself a delicious dinner.
