Ingredients for Bati and Palak ki sabji
- › 100 gm soya flour
- › 50 gm maida flour
- › 5gm ghee
1. Mix soya flour, maida flour, ghee and pinch of soda.
2. Make a dough of all the ingredients.
3. Break the dough in ball or disc shape and put them into oven(gas oven).
4. Bati will be ready in 30min soft inside and crispy outside.
