Bati and Palak ki sabji
- 100 gm soya flour
- 50 gm maida flour
- 5gm ghee
Mix soya flour, maida flour, ghee and pinch of soda.
Make a dough of all the ingredients.
Break the dough in ball or disc shape and put them into oven(gas oven).
Bati will be ready in 30min soft inside and crispy outside.
