Basil infused Basa fillet in lemon sauce
- 200 gm Bass fillet
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice Water Pink salt Thai bird's eye chilli Fresh basil leaves
- 5ml extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Basil infused Basa fillet in lemon sauce. Marinate 200gms of Basa fish fillet in lemon juice (plus little water), pink salt, fresh basil leaves, and thai bird's eye chilli. Keep it for 30 mins or so Bake it at 160 C for 25 mins, before hogging drizzle extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) 5ml ! Delicious it was 🙂.
