Night: Put Oats in a bowl.

Add water and curd to it
Step-3
Mix it well enough not to leave any plumps
Step-4
let it soak in a refrigerator over night.
Step-5
Next Morning: Put 2 scoops of Whey protein
Step-6
Blend it and serve
