- › 30 gms chickpea flour
- › 1 scoop unflavoured whey
- › 0.5 cup veggies finely chopped
- › 2 tsp coconut oil
- › salt and spice to taste
- › 30 gms low fat mozzarella cheese
1. mix all except cheese with enough water to pancake / idli batter consistancy. mix well . in a pan make it to a crape/ dosa ,average thickness. add oil on the edges add in cheese and fold the dosa . enjoy as is or use a greek yogurt as dip.
