1 scoop unflavoured whey
0.5 cup veggies finely chopped
2 tsp coconut oil
salt and spice to taste
30 gms low fat mozzarella cheese

mix all except cheese with enough water to pancake / idli batter consistancy.
mix well .
in a pan make it to a crape/ dosa ,average thickness. add oil on the edges
add in cheese and fold the dosa .
enjoy as is or use a greek yogurt as dip.
