How to make basen chila with whey and cheese
mix all except cheese with enough water to pancake / idli batter consistancy. mix well . in a pan make it to a crape/ dosa ,average thickness. add oil on the edges add in cheese and fold the dosa . enjoy as is or use a greek yogurt as dip.
