Ingredients for Banana Yogurt protein dessert
- › Banana- 60 gms
- › Plain Yogurt - 30 gms
- › Almonds - 10 nod
- › Protein powder(strawberry flavoured)- 1 scoop
- › Saffron- a pinch
Method
1. Blend the banana, you hurt and protein powder.
2. Transfer to serving bowl
3. Add broken raw almonds and saffron
4. Refrigerate for few hours and serve cold!
