Ingredients for Banana Whey Smoothie
- › Whey (Vanilla Cream flavour)
- › Curd
- › Banana
- › Water
Method
1. Take 75 gm of banana, 50 gm of curd, 1 scoop of whey (preferably banana Whey cream flavour), ice cubes and some water in a mixture jar
2. Blend the mixture for 2 minutes
3. Take it in a glass and enjoy the Smoothie
