Ingredients for Banana Proats (5 minute recipe) (4 ingredients only!)
- › Oats - 50 grams
- › Whey powder - 1 scoop
- › Milk - 150 Ml
- › Banana - 2 ripe
- › Chia seeds - 10 grams
1. In a bowl mash the bananas 🍌.
2. Add the oats, milk and whey to this and mix it well.
3. Top it with some chia seeds.
4. Enjoy the delicious and simplest meal done in less than 5 minutes!
