- oats- 30gm
- cinnamon powder- a pinch
- baking powder- 1tsp
- eggs- 2
- banana- 65gm
- vanilla essence- 1tsp
- almonds- 10gm
- Hershey's chocolate syrup- 1tbsp
In a mixer, grind oats to make flour adding cinnamon powder and baking powder and keep it aside.
Mash the banana using fork and grind it in mixer adding eggs and vanilla syrup.
Now add the oats flour and mix all well.
Brush the pan with butter and spoon the mixture and let it roast until it's caramel brown on both the sides. I could make 4 out of it.
Layer it in the plate and top it with chocolate syrup and chopped almonds! Binge on!
