Ingredients for banana oat bread
- › Eggs -2
- › Banana 200gms
- › Oats 1cup
- › chia & flax seeds - 1tbsp each
- › almonds/walnuts 10gms
- › salt, cinnamon - as per taste
- › baking powder - 1/2tsp
- › vanilla essence -few drops
Method
1. Mash bananas well
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Bake @170 for 30 to 35mins depending on oven
4. Make sure to add parchment paper otherwise they will stick to the pan
5. Atleast 12 to 15 slices can be obtained.
6. Cut & consume as per macros
