Ingredients for Banana milk shake.
- › 1 Medium banana.
- › 1 Cup 2% low- fat milk.
- › 1 tablespoon suger.
- › 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Method
1. Step1. Remove peel from banana.
2. Step2. Warp banana in heavy-duty plastic warp,and freeze until firm.
3. Step3. Remove banana from freezer, and cut into large chunks.
4. Step4. Place banana in container of an electric blender; add milk, sugar, and vanilla.
5. Step5. Cover and process on high speed 2 minutes or until smooth.
6. Step6. Pour into chilled glasses to serve.
