Banana Chocolate Protein Ice cream
- Chocolate whey iso- 33gm
- Chia seeds dried- 0.5tbsp
- Banana- 78gm
- Almonds- 4gm
- Cashew - 4gm
- Vanilla syrup- 1tsp
Soak the chia seeds in luke warm water for about 2 minutes so that it puffed up
In a blender, add banana, chia flax, whey and vanilla syrup and give a nice blend.
Take it in any mould which you want or in a bowl. Top it with almonds and cashews.
Freeze it for about an hour or overnight. Enjoy!
