How to make Banana Chia pudding
Step-1
step 1 - mash bananas with fork. soak chia seeds in water for 2 - 3minutes.
step 2 - add milk, soaked chia seeds, cocoa powder and almonds. sweetener if required. Refrigerate for 2 hours before consuming.
