Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients list2 cups whole wheat flour

  • Recipe Ingredients list1 tsp cinamon & ginger powder
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/2 cup softened butter
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/3 cup jaggery powder
  • Recipe Ingredients list1+1/2 cup mashed banana
  • Recipe Ingredients list3-4 drops vanilla essence
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/2 cup milk
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/4 cup almonds

Direction

Step-1

In a bowl put 1/2cup softened butter & then sieve 2cups wheat flour

Step-2

Then add 1/3 cup jaggery powder + 1 tsp baking powder + 1 tsp ginger & cinamon powder

Step-3

Add the mashed banana & then add 1/2 cup milk + 1/2 tsp baking soda

Step-4

Mix all the ingredients properly with a whisker. There shouldn’t be any lumps left.

Step-5

Put the 1/4 cup almonds

Step-6

Transfer the batter into a greased cake tin & garnish with some almonds

Step-7

Lastly Preheat & bake at 180 degree C. For 60 min.
