  • Recipe Ingredients listGhee - 10gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listFenugreek leaves - 2 tbsp chopped
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt - 1tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listTurmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listRed chilli powder - 1/2 tap
  • Recipe Ingredients listRoasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listCoriander powder - 1/2 tsp

Direction

Step-1

Take wheat flour add fenugreek leaves, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, coriander powder ,ghee and knead a hard dough with little water

Step-2

Cover and keep it for 10-15mins

Step-3

Take small dough balls and roll it into thin small cookie /mathris

Step-4

Prick the mathris with a fork n brush a little ghee on it

Step-5

Bake it in an over at 200c for 10-15mins. Tadaaa!!! It’s ready you can store it and enjoy it with your tea/coffee.
