- All purpose flour 50gm
- Paneer 50gm
- 5gm oil
- Garam masala, carrom seed(ajwain),whole coriander crushed, fennel seeds (saunf) salt,chilly powder
Knead dough by adding salt & carrom seeds to all purpose flour . dough should be soft.
For filling of samosa start by grating paneer to make paneer bhurji.
Heat a pan with 5gm oil, add crushed whole coriander, saunf in oil and add paneer and other masala to it. let it cook for 2min and add fresh coriander leaves and mint leaves as per choice.
make a small chapati to make samosa and just dab water to the corners of chapati , make a cone shape and fill it with paneer & close the cone by folding samosa.
make all the samosa and keep aside.
pre heat microwave on convection mode on 180°c keep the samosa on parchment paper on tray and cook for 15-20 min.
