- Baked protein oats- yup, it’s not a high calorie cake 😋 and my recipes usually are chicken n veggies, so I had to take a picture of my proud cake, to show I made it myself 🤣 . . Swipe to see the ingredients used ☺️ 1. 100 grams of oats 2. 60g of whey protein - Vx labs from @protein_bay 3. 200g curd/yoghurt 4. 25ml olive oil 5. 100ml milk 6. 1 Tb spoon of @alpinohealthfoods dark chocolate peanut butter 🤤🤤 - game changer!! 7. One mashed banana 8. 2 whole eggs 9. Optional : honey or sweetener( I didn’t use cause I had whey in it) 10. Don’t forget a tea spoon of baking powder!!!! 11. I forget to add sweetener, but u can, I love my cakes as sweet as it can get 🥰
1. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl n beat the other liquid and semi solid ingredients in another.. 2. Mix both to a fine consistency 3. I put choco pops on top, u can use gems or also berries to make it more healthy 😁😁 Bake everything for 30 mins at 170-180 degrees . . And enjoyyyyyyyyy, most importantly guilt free 🧁 🍰 🎂 . .
