Ingredients for Baked Oats with berries
- › Powdered Oats-55 gms Baking powder- 1 tsp Vanilla flavor protein powder- half scoop (15 gms) Mashed banana-1 medium 0r (80 gms) Almond milk (unsweetened)- 118 ml (1/2 cup) Cinnamon- 1/4 tsp Salt - a small pinch Vannila- 1/2 tsp Frozen Blueberries/ strawberries - 25 gms Lemon zest-1/4 tsp
1. Mix everything together like a batter n top it with lemon zest, frozen blueberries or diced strawberries. Bake it in the preheated oven for 20 mins at 190 dg Celsius. And yumm, it’s ready. Dipping it in the almond milk adds to taste.
