Baked Ginger Fish

-Fish fillet (2) -soy sauce(2-3 spoons) -pepper -salt -fish sauce( if available) ( 1 spoon) - spring onion thinly sliced (3-4) -ginger thinly sliced ( 10 julienns) - chilli (1 finely chopped) - lemon squeezed ( 1 whole )
Direction
Step-1
. Mix all ingredients
. Take a foil paper or parchment paper
. Place sliced green onion and place this fish
. Add the sauce ( I made 4 fish fillet so I used about 2-3 spoon of sauce ) u can adjust to your according.
. Close and pack like little parcel
. Oven setting 350 F for 20 mins
. Heat some seasame oil or olive oil and top it on the fish before u serve. Also add some green onion and ginger.
Note: pack in separate sheets so it’s easy to serve.
