Ingredients for Baked Fish(Dorade)
- › Fish -500 gm
1. Clean the fish thoroughly and pat it dry with a paper towel. Put slots on the fish body. Take a bowl and take 1 tablespoon vinegar, 2 teaspoon lemon juice, salt as per taste, 1 sugar free tablet , 1 teaspoon of peri peri sauce, 1 teaspoon of light/dark soya sauce. Give it a mix. Pour the sauce mixture on your fish.Rub the body of the fish well with the mix. Drizzle black pepper and oregano mix on top. Bake the fish in oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Baked fish is ready to serve. In case if you don’t have oven, u can use a pan also. Drizzle a bit of olive oil and put the fish on pan and cover it. Cook in low heat both sides for 20 minutes.
