How to make Baked Eggs & cottage cheese

Step-1

1. Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl 2. Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano spice mix, to your taste. 3. Add 50g shredded paneer/cottage cheese and 1 tbsp pizza sauce to the mixture and mix well 4. Grease the baking tray with 1 tsp ghee and Pour the mixture in it. 5. Top it with two slices of cheese diagonally 6. Now top it with 40g each of diced carrots, mushrooms, capsicum, onions. 7. Sprinkle some more oregano spice mix and salt- pepper to your taste. 8. Preheat the oven at 180°c for 10 mins. You can do this while you are preparing. 9. Bake the mixture for 20 mins or till the eggs are cooked and they look like the pic attached above.
