eggs

paneer

cheese slices

carrots

mushrooms

green capsicum

onion

pizza sauce

ghee

oregano spice mix

chilli flakes

salt

pepper powder

Method

Step 1

Whisk eggs in a bowl . Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano spice mix, to your taste. . Add g shredded paneer/cottage cheese and tbsp pizza sauce to the mixture and mix well . Grease the baking tray with tsp ghee and Pour the mixture in it. . Top it with two slices of cheese diagonally . Now top it with g each of diced carrots, mushrooms, capsicum, onions. . Sprinkle some more oregano spice mix and salt- pepper to your taste. . Preheat the oven at °c for mins. You can do this while you are preparing. . Bake the mixture for mins or till the eggs are cooked and they look like the pic attached above.
