Baked Chicken Lollipop
- 7 Chicken Drumsticks (Protein/Carb/Fat is per drumstick, ~150g ea)
- 3 tsp Olive Oil
- 3 tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Garlic (crushed)
- Rind of 1 Lemon
- 2 tsp Salt (as required)
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Deskin the chicken drumsticks. Skip this step if you want to leave the skin on (will increase calories).
Marinade: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, salt, lemon rind and garlic (give it a good whisk).
Use a brush or your fingers to coat each drumstick evenly with the marinade.
On an oven tray, place a sheet of baking paper and place the drumsticks with some space between each.
Place the tray in the oven for 30 mins.
Ready to be served with some steamed veggies and rice!
