Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listMinced meat/ keema 100 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listGram flour/besan 2 tablespoon
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt as per taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listChopped Green chillies as per taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listHalf onion
  • Recipe Ingredients listChopped Coriander leaves
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 teaspoon chat masala
  • Recipe Ingredients listPinch of black salt
  • Recipe Ingredients listHalf lemon juice
  • Recipe Ingredients listBread crumbs 10 gm

Direction

Step-1

Mix the minced meat with all the mentioned spices and keep it for 5 minutes.

Step-2

Make cutlet type/ finger/ round shapes and roll the cutlet in breadcrumbs. I prefer cutlet shape as it needs very less oil to get cooked and infact if you bake them also it gets well cooked.

Step-3

Grease a pan 4ml ghee and put it on medium flame.

Step-4

Place the cutlet and cover it with a lid till it gets brown in one side. It won’t take more than 4-5 minutes. Flip it to the other side. At this point before flipping grease a bit more ghee with a brush and cook it for 3-4 minutes with the lid on.

Step-5

Now when both sides are a bit browned, put the cutlets in a pre heated oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step-6

Less oil and high protein chicken keema cutlets are ready to be served. Enjoy it with your friends and families.

Should you not be adding macros of bread crumbs or are they negligible?
