chicken breast - 200 gm's
milk - 100ml
vegetables - 150 gm's ( onion + broccoli + garlic+carrots )
Butter - 20gms
carbohydrates - quinoa - 40gms & oats powder - 5gms
Parmesan cheese - 50gms
salt
pepper
garlic powder
wash and Boil the quinoa with adequate water π¦
Soak the broccoli with warm water for to mins to give it a proper wash π₯¦
Chop medium size onion π§ and garlic π§
In a mixing bowl add the milk along with oats powder and garlic powder and give it a good mix and leave it for mins π
Properly wash the chicken using lime juice and it aids in disinfecting the chicken and tenderizing the meat π
marinate the chicken π with pepper along with some butter and salt for mins
After mins keep the chicken in the air fryer for - mins ( this gives a crispy chicken π )
In a pan add butter, chopped π§ and garlic π§ saute it for mins on low flame add fried chicken and cook it well
Now it's time to add the mixture ( milk, oats powder, garlic powder ) and give it a good mix π€€
