Ingredients for baked bead roll
- › 2 bread slices(32gm)
- › 70gm potatoes
- › 20gm onion
- › green chillies
- › salt
- › garam masala
- › red chilli powder
- › 2gm oil
Method
1. boiled potatoes.
2. add onion, green chillies, salt, red chilli, garam masala into boiled potatoes and mash it together
3. dip bread in water and squeeze the excess water from it
4. place the potato Onion mixture in center of bread and make a roll of it.
5. brush the rolls wid oil and place it on a oven tray
6. bake it for 12-15 minutes at 180 degree temperature
