Ingredients for Baked Banana Protein pudding
- › Banana :100gms
- › Ready custard : 50gms
- › Whey protein: 1scoop
- › Stevia as per taste
- › Dry fruits of your choice :10gms
- › Desiccated coconut:2gms
- › Soya milk :50ml
Method
1. STEPS: 1. Take a bowl 2. Mash banana 3. Add custard mix well 4. Add whey protein powder 5. Mix well 6. Add soya milk and stevia as per taste 7. Drizzle some desiccated coconut and dry fruits on top and bake in airfryer at 100 degrees for 10 mins ans another 3mins 8. Your pudding is ready 9. If you want it in solid form bake more i wanted in liquid form so i baked at 100 degrees for 13 mins in total 10. Enjoy dessert time
