Ingredients for Baked Baingan Jhukka
- › baingan(the long kind)
- › oil
- › Turmeric powder
- › red chilli powder
- › salt
Method
1. Wash and dry the baingan with a towel
2. Cut the baingan vertically into half
3. Rub the spices in the baingan
4. Then transfer them to a baking tray and put the oil evenly on the baingan. turn and rub the oil in the tray to coat them with oil evenly
5. bake the baingan in a preheated oven at 200 degree Fahrenheit for 35 mins. stop in between and shuffle for better results
