Step-1

take a jar and put 1/2 avocado in it, add 1 cup of coconut milk, one tablespoon of coconut oil, half cup of fresh cream, one teaspoon of chia seeds 1 spoon of whey protein. you can put 4-5 cubes of ice (optional)
