Ingredients for Avocado Sandwich
- › 4 Slices Wholemeal bread
- › 1 Medium sized Avocado
- › 1/4 tsp black pepper
- › Salt to taste
- › 1 tbsp spring onion
- › 15 ml olive oil
1. Blend avocado to form avocado puree.
2. Mix spring onion, black pepper and salt to taste with the avocado puree.
3. Apply 2 to 3 tbsp avocado mixture for each sandwich.
4. Toast it with olive oil and serve with coriander or coriander-mint dip.
