- 1 cup avocados
- whole wheat flour 100 gm
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- water as required
- salt as required
wash the avocado Then, cut open the avocado and remove the pit. Mash it into a bowl and keep aside.
finely chop the coriander leaves and add them to the bowl.
add the whole wheat flour, red chilli powder, cumin powder, carrom seeds, lemon juice, and water salt
Knead the mixture to form a soft and smooth dough. Let the dough rest for a while.
Next, divide the dough into small portions and roll it
Heat a tava over a low flame
Carefully, place the paratha on it and cook well from both sides
Once the paratha is done, transfer it to a serving plate and enjoy with curd or pickles.
