Ingredients for Avocado Milk shake
- › 55g of avacado, 10g Honey, 30g of mango low calorie ice cream, 120 ml milk and 10g of dark chocolate
1. Scoop half avocado and add to the blender along with milk, icecream and ice cubes. Blend for 2-3 minutes and stop when the juice looks creamy smooth texture. Pour into a glass and top it with 10g honey! Enjoy! It’s an amazing filling drink and keeps you fuller for a long time!
