Ingredients for Avocado🥑 & Banana🍌 smoothie bowl🥣 With cherry🍒 & Granola
- › 60gms avocado 🥑
- › 50gms spinach 🥬
- › 100gms Greek yogurt
- › 50ml cows milk🥛
- › 60gms banana 🍌
- › 1 scoop (30gms) whey protein pwd (vanilla)
- › a pinch of chia seeds
- › 25 gms cherry🍒
- › 30gms granola
1. Chop the 🍌 & 🥑 and freeze ❄️
2. Add the frozen fruits along with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
3. Blend till smooth, transfer into bowl 🥣
4. Sprinkle the granola on top.
5. Garnish with some cherry🍒 and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
